Our Mission
Southwest Michigan Libertarians are diverse by nature and come from many backgrounds. We are united by the call to defend and promote freedom in our time. Attacks on personal liberties happen every day and in many ways. Since no single group has the capacity to do it all, the LP of SWMI focuses it’s attention on the following.
- Preserving the Second Amendment and gun owners rights
- Personal property, farming, water, and other natural resource rights
- Government transparency and oversight
- Personal privacy and the encroaching police state (i.e. traffic cams, cell phone tracking, Internet spying)
You are encouraged to participate on social media where we discuss these topics and more.
